Dr. Waters and Dr. Cella specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases including hayfever, asthma, hives, eczema, as well as food, drug and insect allergies. Initial patient consultations include an indepth history and physical exam, as well as skin testing, pulmonary function testing, blood work, and x-rays when indicated. Because they recognize the importance of preventative medicine and patient education, Dr. Waters and Dr. Cella also devote time to address community organizations concerning all allergic diseases and asthma. They have admitting privileges at Blake Hospital and Manatee Memorial Hospital.
